Its my second lesson of the drawing elective at NIE and the tutor wanted to juz see the drawing skills standard of the class...so we were given 4 pencils of varying thickness, an eraser and a huge piece of paper and thus began 2 hrs of fun! =)

I could only draw up to the torso at the end of 2 hrs...haha...

After looking at our works, the tutor drew dots on the top right corner of our drawing to differentiate the 'weaker' students...

2 dots is the most chui...

1 dot is ok ok...

No dots means you are fine!

Haha...I din get any dots...e pic above is taken from my work...I tink my drawing quite chui compared to some of the others who din get any dots oso...dunno why...but I believe e tutor got taste...hehe =p

Btw, to some of my frens out there...the elective tt has nude models is called LIFE DRAWING...mine is juz plain & simple DRAWING...so only got nude skeletons... (^^,)

Attended my first Employment Law lesson today...I TOTALLY LOVE IT!

Juz like my Biz Law module in yr1, I enjoyed every bit of the discussions & debates during class...Biz Law was the only module in my whole NTU life that I never pon a single lesson! Wahaha! =p

And it is oso the only module which Im motivated enuff to read the readings & precedent cases given...even though the handouts was like 68 pages long! lol...I had even binded the handouts...simply too thick... =)

One of my fav drama serials when I was a kid was《一号皇庭》, I loved the way the lawyers debated & presented their findings in court...I was so mesmerized that at one point of time, I had wanted to grow up to be a lawyer...if you ignore e fact tt I wanted to be a ninja turtle & Eric Cantona too...lol (^^,)

I had actually considered NUS law sch but my 'A' level results too chui...even though I had gotten A2 for my GP...nt much use oso I guess as the law students there prob got A1 for GP...lol...Maybe I should haf been more optimistic and had at least gone for the essay test required...nv expect myself to like law stuff so much...

很多人都不知道...我骨子里藏着非常偏激的一面...
只不过没受到刺激...我的 '偏激病是' 不会发作的...

我想我拖太久了...是时候发病了...

Watched 《赤壁：决战天下》today at JP...with who else but me & myself...lol...its quite a nice show, with adequate references to the original 三国 but it may still seem rather atrocious to die-hard 三国 fans...with the introduction of an extra character...去看了就会知道 =)

I still dun like the idea of 张震 playing 孙权...一点都不像...his expressions always the same...一点威严也没有...sucks...but Im beginning to accept the idea of 金城武 as 孔明...aiyah, 人帅就可以了! Haha...

All in all a fast-paced, entertaining movie...kept me glued to my seat throughout the whole 141mins...nt tt I always move ard when watching movies...recommended for anyone looking for a gd movie to watch...nv watch first movie oso nvm...vv easy to understand as long as u noe a bit of 三国...

Watch out for the crowd though...I mon afternoon watch oso couldnt get a mid-section seat...well, maybe its juz JP...so damn crowded 24/7... =)

Went to 莲心素食餐厅(Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant) at Quality Hotel, Balestier Road, to celebrate Han's bdae today! We had the vegetarian buffet there! Super nice! =)

There's a lot of vegetarian dishes available...all really nice!

I juz found out today from my FYP prof that chewing gum has actually been available in SG for about 4 years liao! OMG! To tink tt I had no idea at all! =( but it is only the wrigley's sugar free version called Orbit...and it is only available in pharmancies with licensed pharmancists being the only people to be able to dispense it...how lame can tt be?

Happiest thing tt happened today! 我伟大的妈妈竟然买了我超级无敌爱吃的 Rectangular Raisin Doughnut Bun from Sweet Secrets pastry at bukit merah! Sweet Secrets is a really old & 传统 pastry shop that has been ard for as long as I rem...so glad tt it is still ard...I oso saw someone today which I did not expect to see at all...超开心的!!! =)

Elton got me dis mini coffee set from Vietnam...supposedly dis is the way vietnamese peeps brew their coffee...well, it was my morning coffee today... =)

Little tin brewer & the vietnamese coffee powder


Step 1: Place e brewer on top of ur glass


Step 2: Fill e brewer with 香香 coffee powder


Step 3: Pour boiling water into the brewer


Step 4: Cover the brewer & wait for e wonderful coffee to drip


Step 5: Remove the brewer & TAA-DAAA!!! Authentic Vietnamese Coffee!

咖啡 Review:
The coffee is similar to our local kopitiam kopi but is slightly less bitter...可惜我喜欢喝苦咖啡...not as fragrant as our local kopi...but as the coffee is dripped out from the brewer, 越南咖啡少了高温泡咖啡所产生的酸味...tts e plus point I guess... =)
