It's a place with lots of memories for me...

Fansproject Bruticus

As promised, I opened up my Fansproject Bruticus set last nite...it is simply awesome...I'd say it is much better than e superion set...but oso mainly bcoz dis time round, Fansproject added 2 more scratch-built figures to e line-up...Swindle & Blast Off... =)

I muz show e difference btw e original version of Onslaught & e upgraded version by fansproject...

e upgraded one is so much nicer/bulkier and much more G1...

Not too bad articulation for a combiner...

Fansproject does a really gd job at making tf toys...i'd say even better than Takaratomy at times...next up will their second combiner...Bruticus! =)

Boys' nite out at Geylang

Went to Geylang with Han & BK bro juz nw...Han bro jio dis dim sum place tt is really gd! Haven't had such wonderful dim sum b4...it's near lorong 17 or sims ave 126...it has a vv clever name related to its address...126 sounds like 'wan dou sek' or 'found something to eat' in canto...haha =)

E place really feels like a cafe in HK...

e drinks r served in fat plastic contaniers...those kind u use to packet desserts...

Fried carrot cake, beancurd skin prawns & fried toufu...e toufu has dis vv nice sauce...couldn't figure out wad sauce but it has fruits in it...

e usual steamed suspects...but their chee cheong fun is vv special...it doesn't come with e normal light soy sauce but instead got dis thick sweet/salty sauce...vv nice & savoury!

My fav of e day! Deep fried scallops! Speechless...


Overall i'll rate it 9/10 for e really gd dim sum, unique selection and cosy HK ambience...will definitely go b again...jio more frens next time!
